Built in 1893, the elegant Victorian Queen Anne Revival residence is set amidst spacious grounds overlooking the Yarra River in Hawthorn. Tay Creggan’s high-pitched gables, ornate turrets, terracotta ridging, woodwork detail and diamond-paned leadlight windows have led it to be described as one of the most picturesque houses built in Victoria in the late nineteenth century.
